Perfect Touch is well...perfect. Phone calls are returned by Juan within minutes if he can't answer when you call. Emails are returned before you can walk away from your computer. Excellent communications and customer service, but the quality of work is just as good. Nothing is too little or too big for Perfect Touch to accomplish for you. They offer advice when you ask for it and are flexible with scheduling and planning. When the backsplash samples Juan brought to the condo didn't match, he ran to Home Depot with us on the spot. These guys did a fantastic job doing the drywall in my basement. The work is excellent and they were always punctual and courteous and cleaned up. Juan is very communicative and sets expectations very well. I would highly recommend them.

Juan and his company Perfect Touch did an amazing job on my fireplace. They installed a new mantel, painted it, and installed custom tile -- not a straightforward job, but they knocked it out of the park.

I agree with the other reviewers on this page. We hired the Perfect Touch team on a very last minute and urgent drywall repair work for our office space. Juan came out and walked him through our office space to determine the needs and within hours had provided us with the quote, less than 48 hours later they had the crew working in our space. I will agree with the other reviewers on this page and say Juan was excellent to deal with. His team was top notch and went above and beyond. We would definitely hire them again for any future work.
